Johannesburg int mail center can't locate my parcel!

<p>Have a parcel from the US that's been at 'custom' since the 23rd of May. Every day I check on post office/usps site,it says 'at custom'. Tried calling everyday since the 23rd but never got through. Emailed twice but no response. Went to the HUB today just to be told that the can't locate my parcel!!! This sounds to me like they lost the parcel or someone stole it!!!!!Then they asked me for my address/phone number that the parcel's supposed to be delivered to and I was promised that I'll be contacted before the end of the day(5th June 2017) but nothing!!!! </p>
