JNB to PE seems impossible for SAPO

I wish there was an alternative to SAPO. I had two parcels come through customs at JIMC taking over two weeks to clear. One has arrived and the other , according to tracking, has left customs but not Johannesburg. That one has not moved for over a week taking the time for this parcel to NOT reach me from arrival in RSA to over two weeks. Having a back up of mail is no excuse. You are proving a service, if you cannot handle it hire more staff. Your profits are of no concern to me. Learn to run a business correctly and offer your clients what is expected. Truly pathetic excuse for a post office. I have lived in over 15 countries and even places like India which you would expect third world services are better than this. Next tim I will use a carrier ***eon, even with it being dragged down by a 1kg parcel it will probably arrive faster.
