Jimc/customs poor service

Service is pathetic been trying to locate a parcel for the past month, been told its at customs,then customs says its in transit towards hub, hub says its at Jimc and all these numbers and emails you are given never gets answered and rep****, the only the thing you get told is "there is a backlog".
