JIMCA holding / losing my parcel

Ordered an item from Paris on the 27th of Oct 2021 it was shipped out for delivery a couple days later (31 October 2021) arrived in South Africa on the 9th of November. It is currently tbe 18th of January 2022 and NO DELIVERY! I’ve read a bunch of reviews of the JIMC A and countless people have the same experience as I which is very disheartening because why are our packages being ******??? Why can we not get in contact with these people?? I have half a mind to physically go to the JIMC A and demand my package!!! I paid good money for my parcel and I’ll be damned if it does not get to me This country is a literal JOKE!
