JIMC - slow /no service

I had a parcel send to me in June this year. I had this parcel resend 3 times already! I have emailed them no response.. About a month ago I went to JIMC by the airport to go and look for it. There I had to fill my name and contact details on a piece of paper by security and ask told that they will contact me... well I'm still waiting...
