JIMC Sloth Pace

<p>I have an international parcel that arrived on the August, 19 and since then I have seen NO UPDATES/PROGRESS on the status of the parcel. It still shows 'Incomming International'. I have called customer services every week and have been told that there is a backlog at customs repetitively, which I have heard of since early July. It seems that there isn't any attempt to resolve this backlog issue or that the backlog is just an excuse to cover up for their incompetence and laziness. I have even tried contacting them through emails and still have not received a response, not once. </p> <p> </p> <p>Tracking Number: RI******608ZA</p>
