JIMC services

Pathetic! The JIMC offers the most pathetic services. My parcel has been sitting at the JIMC , and every time I call they don’t know or are not sure about it. Even better the calls are sometimes never answered. Who’s going to pay for my phone bills that will accumulate in this matter !

This service is pathetic, my parcel can not sit so long there.
