JIMC not dispatching parcels

My parcel II***ZA arrived in South Africa on 10th September. on 13th September was cleared from Customs and since than has been in transit. It was last scanned at JIMC on 23th September. I called and sent emails many times. Each time I called I was assured it will be sent to my local post office. I spoke to Eugenia Kekana on Monday 28th September, she told me Customs are holding the parcel and she will email me, but she never did. From JIMC I was told the parcel has been cleared and is awaiting to be dispatched. I sent emails to 'Francina Madzivhani, Heleen Huyser, Shadi Motshoane, Thandi Ntuli, Ntombiyenkosi Mtshali, Granny Msimango none of them rep****. Today I received a notification from Dougasdale post office, but it was another person's parcel addressed to Mpumalanga with my parcel's customs documentation attached to it. I still don't know where is my parcel and why is it not being delivered?
