JIMC NO SERVICE. PACKAGES STUCK FOREVER. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS OR CALLS

Waiting for parcels that arrived here for months.. Sent emails try to phone no response. Does someone know how to get in touch with someone to hear if people are still alive working at the JIMC post office as looks and sounds like everyone there is dead...
