JIMC nightmare, three months later

Ordered 3 parcels in may, they arrived in june. Only two of the three have been scanned in the country, and the one that has been scanned, has been sitting there since the end of may. Ive gone to the JIMC for four times now, each time giving them my phone number and my tracking numbers. Each time I was told thay they would check immediately, but would never come back to me. This service is absolutely disgusting, it boggles my mind how we could let such a system function in our society. I just want my items so that I can end this nightmare. NEVER using SA postal services again.
