JIMC is pathetic!
My friend and I waited 3 hours in the queu to be helped and another hour plus for them to find our parcel which they have not. They expected us to leave our numbers but we can't travel here again to collect. They need to figure out their system and get a better one then maybe we would have not waited so long! JIMC should get better workers! I demand to get my parcel ASAP!
