JIMC internatioanl parcels lying in a bag, since April 2018?.

Clearly SAPO cannot deliver as they "promise" And does not care either, just look they have responded to anyone's complaint. My parcels are lying in a bag at JIMC since 4 April 2018. No one answers an email, the call center is a recording, only to eat your airtime, and waste more money , the tracking is not updated , so what is working at this so called South African Postal Service! I think people should just stop using this unreliable service completely, as we will not receive any joy from SAPO EVER!
