JIMC DONT WANT TO GIVE ME MY PARCEL

My sister sent me a parcel from Russia and it arrived at JIMC on 13/10/2015 at 10:40am, I phoned the JIMC end of October 2015 and spoke to Zodwa who told me that my parcel was there and it was held because they needed an invoice for the new bag that was in the parcel. I was told to email the invoice to Rhulani Mthembu of which I did on 16/11/2015 and I phoned her she said she will get back to me but she didn't . I have been phoning her then on the 26/11/2015 she told me that they can not now find my parcel, they will look for it. I don't know they took or what cause they don't to be interested on giving me my parcel. <br> <br> And how is it possible that at first they could see or find a parcel and all of a sudden they can't find it.
