JIMC customs lost post

<p>Good day ,</p> <p> </p> <p>One must feel really bad if their last option is to write on hello peter, seeing as this is the only place you will reply i will have to write on hello peter and hope someone will give me a reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have sent emails and tried calling JIMC JHB to ask if there is any chance of 4 international parcels could of just been shelfed with no explationation as my tracking is only for the international country it was sent so i cannot know where it is now but i have not gotten any reply. </p> <p> </p> <p>ive order items from china their tracking says its left their country i used 17track for information but since 21.05 i have no idea where the parcels are.</p> <p> ********** 3925</p> <p> ********** 4297</p> <p> ********** 1740</p> <p> ********** 3873</p> <p>and my address that is clearly stated on parcels is:</p> <p>Jessica Govender</p> <p>Ukulu street Empangeni Private hospital</p> <p>Consulting Block Suite 9</p> <p>Empangeni ,Kwazulu Natal 3880</p> <p>and cellphone number.</p> <p>apparantly all these parcels were sent via china post ordinary small packet plus.</p> <p>If customs just detains a parcel without notifying anyone dont you think that is going to cause lots of chaos.</p> <p>Come un people are waiting and not hearing anything. your jobs would be much easier if there was way people could know if there parcels are detained. Other courier companies are so expensive that is why we have no other option but to use post yet the service is so bad!! like trake and trace there should be a way people could find things using their address or tracking.</p> <p> </p> <p>please i need to know for my peace of mind, what happen to my parcels as i have other things coming as well.</p> <p>but ive taken the tracking option so that i can also track it went it arrives here as well not only in overseas</p> <p>how is one supposed to trust Sapo if they cant deliver a simply parcel without fuss yet the slogan says whatever it takes!!!</p>
