JIMC customer service poor service

jimc customer service hasnt been helpful in retrieving my package, i call them every week for the past 3 months but they not providing me with solid feedback. the last time someone gave me feedback was that my package is on it's way back cause they didnt know where to send it to. mind you i have been giving them my delivery address since the item was due to customs.
