JIMC C AIR, PRIORITY MAIL PARCELS, SOUTH AFRICA THE WORST POSTAL SERVICE GLOBALLY

I have two packages that have been stuck at the same status for over a month now “ Your item was processed through a facility in JIMC C AIR, PRIORITY MAIL PARCELS, SOUTH AFRICA on July 16, 2021 at 10:41 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination” and I have yet to receive any of them.

No one answers the Customer Services phones or returns a response to emails. This is not how to run a public service and I will bet you anything they wont take responsibility and pay me the value of the goods, if the packages never arrive at my door.
