JIMC A not helping me

<p>I have a parcel stuck at the JHB INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE. It needs to be cleared. I can see it arrived but it's just stuck there. The post office website is down, they realease an app for you phone but whats the point in an app if the actual people doing the work dont do much. no one answers the phone or they send you the same generic email response on your emails. I dont know what else to do. Do i drive from C.T to JHB to get this sorted?</p>
