I purchased an item from the UK that arrived at JIMC on 13 April. I understand the delays caused by COVID implications, but this is now beyond pathetic! Three weeks later and no updates or communication since 13 April, no direct contact details and no responses whatsoever. I have heard of people's items getting ****** and I am starting to believe this. Please get your act together....if I knew this is what I have to go through, I honestly would not have bothered.
