JIMA - Where is my parcel??

I ordered a product from Aliexpress. They are have sent me a tracking number: RF***CN.<br> <br> I have managed to track this item all the way from China to South Africa where it was detained by customs at the Johannesburg International Mailing Center. The package has already been in the country from 15 November 2015, where it has been detained. I have send them an email asking for the package to be sent. It is a gift for my mother who lives in the Northern Cape. If they are unable to send this package to the Northern Cape, I have given my own address as an alternative. I don't understand this delay and why the package is being detained. It consists of four pillow cases and is hardly the type of item which should be detained. From what I understand, if the parcel has not been collected it will be returned to the supplier and a refund will be given by the supplier (Aliexpress) for goods which have not been delivered. I don't want a refund, I WANT MY PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED!!!
