JIM C AIR and SA Postoffice

I HAVE A PARCEL THAT WAS SENT TO ME THROUGH USPS IN THE USA. This parcel according to JIM C AIR a division of SA Post Office has been sent to Faerie Glen Post Office on the 19th of Feb 2021. No one called. When we enquired by driving to JIM C AIR, they don't answer phones, we were told it was sent to Faerie Glen Post Office. Get to the Faerie Glen Post Office their system is down, can't help. Go there this morning, their system is up but they have no record of my parcel.
