JHB Post office

I'm sick and tired of the JHB sa post office, this country won't go anywhere with people who don't care about their job or serving the public,.why are we paying tax to people who are working for themselves in the name of public servants..I bought a sneaker before lockdown it's been stark at JHB Post office for months now , no one answer my call or responds to my emails ,.my tracking numbers r : RU***0NL .is the a place I can report this this it's frustrating now
