JHB international mail hub

Come guys how long does it need to take to process a parcel at the JHB international mail center hub to send to CT? I have a parcel that has been through customs (and that is not fast either) and has been sitting in the JHB hub since the 2nd June (local tracking number II ********** 89ZA). It is interesting that I have just taken delivery of another parcel in CT that arrived later at the JHB hub (13th June)?
