JHB International Mail Centre - worst customer service 2021/2022

On 28/10/2021 I bought 2 items on Wish.com. E.t.a. 2 - 7 Dec 2021. First item I collected from the P.O. 17/11/2021. The second item, which is the most important to me has still not arrived. I have sent emails to Jhb mail centre numerous times without any response as well as spent hours on the phone to try and locate my parcel. It just rings and the lady tells you someone will be with you shortly at intervals. After 20 mins I hang up and try again. To date no one has even answered the phone once. Parcel # RV***CN was last scanned in at JHB international mail centre (hub) on 22/11/2021 @ 07:05 am I'm hoping this review will help draw attention to these problems as well as find my parcel
