Tracking number: RJ ********** 08ZA This has been sitting in the mail center since 13/12/17. I have tried calling the ********** number probably 20+ times and it just cuts you off after a period of time. I have emailed them on ********** and they don't respond.

While you are waiting on the phone they tell you to go to ems.sapo.co.za and its a Microsoft Server page - go look and see.

I would love someone to answer why they bother to even put the "contact details" on the website if you are unable to use them.
