Jhb International Mail Centre (Hub)
Parcel has been stuck at Jhb International Mail Centre (Hub) since the 13th January 2015.<br> It has still not left the hub.<br> <br> International Tracking Number: RU***GB<br> South African Tracking Number: RI***ZA<br> <br> No one is responding to phone calls,<br> I have been at the hub numerous times, waiting for the parcel as the people go and search for it.<br> <br> How can one small parcel be stuck in one place from 13th January 2015?<br> <br> This is unacceptable

According to our records item: RI***ZA was last scanned at Customs on 13/02/2015 and you may e-mail a copy of your supplier invoice to them on *** so that it can be cleared and forwarded to your local post office.
