JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)

I have a international parcel (RX ********** 25CH) that arrived at JHB INT MAIL CENTER (HUB) on 22/12/2018, from there zero movement. I have mailed - No Success, attempted to call, customer service line- no answer, direct to the hub - no answer - No success????????? Went to local Post office (Gezina) - The reply is that I have t wait they can do nothing for me??????????????????
