JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

I have an international parcel DHL eCommerce # 20 70 ********** 9981 7 that was delivered to JHB Hub Intl on 11 September 2017. Could somebody please contact me ... considering my e-mail complaint to: ********** on 29 September has gone unanswered and numerous phone calls to EMS SA on the following numbers ********** *** and finally ********** 016 messages left to no avail! ... I tracked it and it shows it has been with JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) since the 11th September 2017. My tracking number is RX ********** 05DE, when can I expect it!?
