JHB INT MAIL CENTRE

I have got an international parcel that arrived in the country via DHL. Parcel tracking number RX ********** 32DE This parcel was handed over to the post office 1 September 2018, this is more than 6 weeks ago. I have enquired three times about this parcel during the last month at the post office customer service and all I get is parcel has not moved due to a back log. This is the answer I got every time and nothing further happens. Can I please get a constructive answer what is going to be done to get this parcel finally delivered. Await response from someone senior!
