I've ordered a inter...

I've ordered a international package from China... then I've received a message that my parcel has arrived they also gave me a shelf number.... to my surprise when I arrived there... my package was given to someone else.. they promised to call me as soon as they retrieved it... of which they never did.. Until I went back...after a week... That's when they told me the client she's denying anything about the package... according my knowledge that is ***** they should have opened the case for the client because she signed for the package and paid the custom tax... when I checked their register book... they've deleted the clients information witn an Tippex.. then how are they going to open the ***** case if the client information it's been cancelled
