It's madness using the SAPO

How on earth is it possible that two packages that were sent from the same person in the USA, at the same time are not available for collection at the same time. HJ***US was collected on 24 October. HJ***US has been at JIMC for a month now! All correspondence about this is ignored. JIMC is saying it was put intoa domestic bag at 08h06 on 18 October and sent to Cape Mail. Cape Mail says the container number the package was put in magically disappeared and it's probably still in JIMC. Just tell me if it was ****** then I can order the parts again. This time I will NOT use SAPO. Actually, I will never use you again. You take absolutely no responsibility for anything.
