Its covid_19 for crying out loud

Good day. I have a complain about Centurion mall post office. My 2 licence disc has expired(for 2 cars) On The 15, I send my brother in law to go and ask about the procedure if he will be doing it under my names. He drove all the way and they told him that they want certified copy of an id(mine) then late on the 15th, I went to the police station and certify copy of my I'd. The 16th was a holiday, then Today he went to the same post office and they told him that they can not help him, they need that copy on hand. I then cold customer care, gold for 33 minutes and they said they can help him. I then called the post office and ask, I got a rude lady Martha/Magdalene, and she said they need an affidavit, why didnt they say that on Tuesday. After that she said I must call the customer care and tell them to call her and expailn what are they talking about. I then said that I wont do, she can do it on her side, she refused and I said I'm gonna report her, and she said she does not care. Please assist me
