Its been a month and I still don't have my post!!!

I have ordered an item online, my tracking number is: RA***SG <br> <br> I have tried calling the post office and emailing them for the last 4 weeks but no response. On the online tracking, it says that my parcel is help at JIMC A. But they are useless and whenever we phone they cut the call. I hate the service and I think all the people who are not willing to work there should be fired because customer service is very low.
