Its at the post office, no its not

After complaining that my package was sitting in JHB for over a month I was contacted and told it is at the centurion post office by [Email Removed] However when we got to the post office they claimed not to have received it or know anything about it. Not only have we been waiting months for a delivery, but now they simply waste my time and are quite happy to tell me to come back and check again later, like I have nothing better to do. I expect that if you tell me it is at the post office it should be there and I will be able to collect it. On top of that tracking back to the UK says delivery has been attempted which it has not , in fact you cant even tell me where it is at
