Items stuck at hubs - one since March...

I have had such good service from SAPO in the past. However, I have an outbound and inbound item that are simply not moving.

CN***ZA Outbound to Canada stuck at WITSPOS (HUB) since 26 March. RV***ES Inbound from Spain stuck at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) since 28 August.
