Items sitting at JIMC

I have items at JIMC, when will i receive them, we have small business to run and with the service like this, we losing customers day by day. JIMC need to seriously speed up their process. You cant even get hold of them, cos they do not seem to answer the calls, if they do answer they drop the call (cut you off). now here is my tracking numbers RI***ZA RI***ZA and RI***ZA - how much longer should i wait now. <br>
