Items sent in February still not delivered

I shipped some electronic items form the US in February 2015. Post Office / Immigration failed to notify me that my equipment was kept due to them not having an invoice. Once I sent this they dispatched the equipment to my home without prior notice that I had to pay R1200 to receive these items. The driver arrived and was ****y and adamant that he could not wait 5 minutes for me to draw the money. He then sped off without delivering the goods. The items have now been in local transit forever, and the call centre just does not pick up any phone when I call to clarify. Disgracefull!!!
