Items Not On Tracking - Need a response Please!???

<p>I have three parcels that should have arrived from the US, but they are not on the SA POst Office Tracking service. When I try and call the JIMC or the Post Office Customer Service I am literally cut off before anyone answers.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is to know where these are and where I should or can collect them???</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
