Item still held at customs

My item has been at JIMC from the 02/06/2015 and I forwarded all the necessary documentation (proof of payment and purchase order/invoice) to [Email Removed] to enable them to perform an assessment and only to receive an email from Shadi at customers services on 29/06/2015 saying that the item has not yet arrived in SA whereas according to the information below the item has been in SA from the 02/06/2015.
