Item returned to sender without notifying the receiver

My item RY ********** 60CN is being returned back to the sender without the Karen Park Post office sending a notification that the Parcel has arrived.I had been going to check they have been telling me its not there,Next thing when i check on sapo tracking online ,my parcel has been scanned out of the office,I have been trying to call the Tswana HUB to return it the lady said they will but when i check now it is at the JHB HUB.I want a refund of the amount i paid for that parcel because in Karen Park they ddn scan the parcel in but they scanned it out,And they have been telling me it is not at the office whilst its there.PEOPLE WHO DONT LOVE THEIR JOBS WHAT A **** DISAPPOINTING SERVICE FULL OF PEOPLE WITH ATTITUDE AND WHO DONT CARE,the national call centre is as bad because no body is picking up.SOO HOPELESS.
