Item bought on Ebay

Bought an item on Ebay, a gift pack consisting of 8 items.<br> Item paid for, and item mailed from the supplier.<br> Three weeks later no feedback returned, when item arrived at local post office, an additional payment for the mail service had to be made.<br> Arrived home opened the parcel found 7 accessories yet the actual item which was a cut throat razor had been ****** I presume at the customs department in South Africa, no attempt of resolving this matter received from either S.A Post Office, Ebay or the seller.<br> <br> Paid in total nearly $290 for this incomplete gift set, completely unsatisfied!!!1
