Item at INT Mail Centre for 1 month!

I ordered goods from China on the 8th January 2015. <br> The goods arrived promptly in RSA on the 25 January 2015. And I'm still waiting. Tracking number - RI***ZA.<br> <br> To date I have tried the following:<br> - Contacted SAPO who blames Customs.<br> - Tried to contact EMS 9told to do so by SAPO employees) on the following numbers:<br> -- ***<br> -- ***<br> -- ***<br> -- ***<br> -- *** - all of the above numbers will have you on hold for approximately 5 minutes before disconnecting and you have to start the process again, with very little expectations of it ending any differently than the last time.<br> - I finally tried ***which was answered after 19 minutes and 12 seconds of holding the line being told they are experiencing a high call volume. Sipho told me to email supporting documents because customs may be requiring invoices etc - yet I have not been contacted in all this time and I check my P.O.Box twice a week as I am expecting this delivery. <br> - I emailed:<br> -- [Email Removed] <br> -- [Email Removed] I am still waiting for acknowledgement of receipt of email or even if something is being done to assist me
