My bf had bought a phone from a friend in the US, tracking number ii***za which was a Samsung s10+. The parcel left the US Salt Lake City on the 11/12/2019 and I have been tracking it all this time.

My bf went to the post office in Randburg more than 3 times to check the parcel but was told to wait. On the last visit he was told the parcel had arrived which was on the 02 of December 2019 at around 16:00 and was sent home because he was using an asylum seeker and that he should come with me and my id. When we arrived on the 3 December in the morning we paid r1500 for customs and got the package which was very light, we then decided to open it before going home to find that the phone was missing.

We went back to the post office the brunch manager was very rude with no help which made me very suspicious that maybe he knows what happened. I am very angry because I was made to pay r1500 for nothing and I want my refund of that money back.
