Isando Post office keeps me holding 30 mins

If the rating had zero that would be it. Why do post offices even have telephones if they spend the time off the hook? Have been trying to get through to Isando post office eventually someone picks up the phone and immediately tells me to hold. Ok I hold 10 mins 15mins 20mins by this time I am so angry I just want her to come back so I can give her a piece of my mind 25 mins can hear them laughing and chatting in the background 30 mins the phone goes dead. Try the number again and it is off the hook With these kinds of employees where is the post office ever going to come right.
