Is there still people that work at the Post Office

Still waiting for a response from them on my parcels that I'm waiting for sins October 2014<br> RC***HK<br> RJ***CN<br> RJ***CN<br> RP***SG<br> <br> And when you phone the helpline there is no wan answering the phone, I hold on for 30 min and now one that answers.<br> <br> And they are part of government, just shows you what we have to deal with!!!! How can they run a business lick this??? Can sum won please help me??<br>
