Is there anybody out there??????

How do I contact the Post Office? None of the numbers listed on the web are working "this number is not available". I phoned the customer services line, after waiting 15 minutes, the call ended. Phoned again and after another 15 minutes, all I got was a "hello...hello...hello" and then the call was ended. Does this establishment still exist...or is there any interest to still exist?
