IS THE POST OFFICE STILL ******* ? PLEASE PROVE EVERYONE WRONG

This is more a question. Are the staff at Witspos still *****ing peoples parcels? I am waiting for a very important parcel which has cost me alot of money. ( RF ********** 93SG ). I have emailed the post office and no response - i have tried calling for 20 minutes at a time and nobody answers the phone. My parcel was scanned at Witspos on the 28th of March and thats where it ends. I need to know if my parcel is on its way or if I need to open a case of theft ? I am seriously worried. Had i known about the reputation i would never have ordered the item via the post office.
