Is SAPO working at all? ref No RJ 012 254 268 ZA

<p>I paid for registered letter service on 3 Sept 2016 and was told it will be delivered in Europe in 10-12 working days. Today is 21 Sept and the letter HASNT LEFT SA yet??? To top all noone is able to help and the JHB hub doesnt asnwer e-mails nor their 5 telephone lines? Primrose hill branch assures me for 2 weeks it left the country on 8 Sept when in fact the letter is STILL at the Jhb hub???!!!Could someone explain what are their fees for, why are the SAPO employees blatantly lying to me, is that what they get paid for????? I am sending important documents and now I realise how stupid i look for trusting them.</p>
