Is SAPO still striking? Still NO service!!!

SAPO: My parcel, which was sent from the UK at the beginning of September 2014, has still not arrived. I am on hold trying to get through to the call centre, nobody is answering.<br> Is SAPO on strike again? Will I EVER receive my parcel???<br> It seems the only answer is to no longer make use of SAPO
