Is SA Post Office bankrupted

I have tries to phone SA Post Office customer services, but they put me on hold, I sent at least 8 times a request to their complaints Email, for them to inform me when their Silverton Post Offices are which are locked and chained for 4 months now and my parcel delivered from oversees is inside the building. I asked for assistance, but no response from my urgent weekly requests in 4 months.
