Is our SA Post Office DEAD?

On 24 January 2017, I mailed a parcel via registered mail from the Brackenfell Post Office to the Norwood Post Office in Johannesburg. Asking how long it will take to reach its destination, I was politely told by the clerk that it will be available for collection withing 5 to 7 working days. Clearly, post Ofiice staff also seem to be unable to count as it is now already 13 days later and still the parcel is nowhere to be found. Using the online Track & Trace facility also proves absolutely useless as the last entry made there was 10 days ago. Another great tool gone to absolute waste due to poor [or rather non-existant staff input]. Trying to call the Sharecall number provided on the tracking slip is also a total waste of time as this number simply goes unanswered. Either everyone is dead or no-one works here? The only conclusion I can reach is that absolutely everyone at the Post Office Parcel Service is DEAD, or else they are simply so ****** useless that they dont deserve to breathe! How patheic can service really be in South Africa?
